In the interest of granting our valued customers peace of mind when purchasing with us, Vernal Voyage Studios allows certain exclusive products to be pre-ordered and paid for prior to their official release date so that you can secure your product.
This is a premium service we offer to ensure that stock of your product is reserved and will be shipped to you immediately upon the official release date—so you can spend less time worrying and more time enjoying your games!
Below are the Terms and Conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. Please ensure all conditions of sale are read and understood prior to placing your order with us.
We provide a release date on every pre-order product we list on our website. These will be available on the product image as well as the product description page.
Please note that all ETAs are estimates. Delays can occur due to circumstances beyond Vernal Voyage Studios’ control, including (but not limited to) publisher shipping delays, supplier shortages, or publisher manufacturing issues.
In the event of a delay, we will update the listing to reflect the new date of arrival and will endeavor to notify all affected customers whenever major delays (more than 2 months) occur. In these instances, we will offer an appropriate remedy as per our Returns and Refunds Policy where customers are unwilling to maintain their order with us as a consequence.
Products marked as “pre-order” will be dispatched or marked for pick-up as soon as stock arrives at our fulfillment warehouse, unless there is a pre-defined retail release date from a publisher that we are required to adhere to.
In this situation, your pre-order product will be held from dispatch or pick-up until its official release date.
If your order contains both a pre-order product and additional stocked items, the entire order will be held from dispatch until the pre-order product is stocked in our warehouse or its official release date has arrived.
If you would like to split your order to receive stocked products immediately, please contact our Support Team (through our Support widget) as soon as possible, and we will refund you for the pre-order items only.
If your order contains multiple pre-order products and/or additional stocked products, we will hold the entire order from dispatch until the final pre-order product is stocked in our warehouse, or the official release date for the final pre-order product has arrived.
The process is the same as described above under Orders Containing a Pre-Order Product.
Please urgently contact our Support Team (support@vernalvoyage.com) with the relevant order number and the email address used at purchase. We will do our best to accommodate such requests, subject to the relevant terms and conditions set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Due to our order processing, packing, and dispatch procedures within our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or amend any part of orders for, or containing, pre-order TCG products if the request is made within three (3) days of the product release date.
