Thank you for your purchase at Vernal Voyage Studios LLC. We are committed to providing quality tabletop games, books, and related products. This Refunds & Returns Policy explains your rights and obligations under U.S. law when requesting a refund, replacement, or return.
Once an order has shipped or is being delivered, it cannot be refunded until all items are returned to Vernal Voyage Studios for inspection.
After we receive and examine the returned item(s), we will determine whether a refund, store credit, or exchange is appropriate.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@vernalvoyage.com within 14 days of delivery and include clear photographic evidence of the damage.
We will replace or refund the item if it meets one of the following conditions:
We reserve the right to evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis. Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, modification, or accidents (including those involving pets or third parties) is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Unless otherwise authorized in writing, customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before shipment. Unapproved returns or returns sent without tracking information may not be processed.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases unless otherwise required by applicable state law (e.g., California’s cooling-off protections for door-to-door sales, which do not apply to online purchases).
For most physical goods purchased directly from vernalvoyage.com, customers may request a change-of-mind cancellation within three (3) business days of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped.
Digital goods (e.g., downloadable PDFs, digital campaigns, or codes) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, consistent with U.S. digital-goods standards.
Subscription items (such as ongoing content series or memberships) may be refunded for the initial sign-up fee only. Recurring monthly charges are non-refundable once processed.
If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact both the courier and local authorities.
Vernal Voyage Studios is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after carrier confirmation of delivery.
If an order is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Unclaimed or returned packages (due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect) may be reshipped upon payment of additional shipping fees.
If a package remains unclaimed more than 30 days after carrier confirmation of delivery, we are not obligated to offer replacement or refund.
Books and PDFs are typically exempt from export restrictions, but customers are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or customs fees.
Physical orders that include downloadable content may be cancelled before shipping; however, if the digital component has already been downloaded, the cost of the digital file will be deducted from the refund.
We cannot refund PDFs or other digital products that have been accessed or downloaded.
If we determine that a product is defective, subject to recall, or otherwise unsuitable for use, we may request its return.

When processing returns, we may request identifying information (such as order details, name, and proof of purchase) to confirm eligibility and prevent fraudulent claims.
Vernal Voyage Studios LLC may securely record this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable U.S. data-protection laws. Only authorized personnel may access this information.
Except as required by law, Vernal Voyage Studios LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a refund, return, or product defect claim.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you. Your rights under the UCC and state consumer-protection laws remain unaffected.
